Back when we tested the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W and M/T we absolutely loved them. The A/T3W is an excellent tire for not only daily driving but also for high-speed desert driving. The tires are really quite on the road, but also super grippy off-road. Plus the A/T3W is rated for mud and snow which is important if you live somewhere that rain and snow are common. Two first generation Raptors with some light modifications, another first generation with very heavy modification (basically a full race truck), and one completely stock second generation. Each truck and its associated modifications showcased the tire in a different way.

In the video, you can really see how at home these tires are in the sand. In our review, we found that these tires don’t even really need to be aired down to handle sand. Some of that sand is really deep and some of it is crusty, but the tires were able to handle it all without a sweat.

The heavily modified Raptor ran the tires through some massive whoops and they were able to handle them as well. Most importantly, these tires will quiet and smooth on the way back home.
