We headed out to Garvin Wilderness Products recently to take a look at the company’s operations and what they had going on. What we found was a business and shop that’s constantly putting out solid products. We spoke with founder and president Ron Garvin to get the full picture of what we were seeing.
“A typical day for us includes taking delivery of raw materials and then cutting, forming, and bending material for our products,” said Garvin. “The next step is sending the pieces to the welders and then to the sanders. Once everything is sanded, the parts are sent to our powder coating area to be prepped for powder coating. After coating, the parts are boxed up and shipped out the door.”
Of course, all of this is in service to making a terrific product that the end users benefit from. As Garvin explained, “We focus on products that are functional, stylish, and built to last. We have complete control over the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, and we keep it efficient, too. This gives us the ability to make product improvements quickly when necessary.”

Thanks to the attention to detail and flexible yet focused manufacturing process, it’s safe to say that Garvin products are well-suited to the off-roading lifestyle. To find out more about Garvin’s products, check out more on the company’s website and Facebook page.
