The 2025 Mint 400, one of the most prestigious and grueling off-road races in America, has a new king: the Polaris RZR. In a display of utter dominance, Polaris RZR vehicles not only claimed victory in the Limited race but swept the top four overall positions and all top ten spots in the UTV Pro Open class.

Brock Heger was leading the charge and driving the RZR Pro R Factory. Heger, fresh off wins at Baja, Dakar, and King of the Hammers, continued his incredible streak. “The past few months have been pretty wild, so adding a Mint 400 win to the list is absolutely incredible,” Heger said.

He didn’t just win; he dominated, finishing over seven minutes ahead of the Second Place finisher. He started second, took the lead early on the first 95-mile lap, and never looked back, even hitting a mind-blowing 118 mph across the dry lake bed.

But it wasn’t a one-man show. This past Friday marked a historic moment as the RZR Factory Racing team made its debut. Heger’s RZR Factory Racing teammate, Cayden MacCachren, also in an RZR Pro R Factory, secured Second Place after a fierce battle.

Polaris-supported racer Mitch Guthrie took Third, and fellow RZR Factory Racing driver Max Eddy Jr. finished Fourth, completing the Polaris sweep of the overall podium (and then some).

“It was another incredible day for Polaris and the RZR Pro R platform,” said Alex Scheuerell, RZR Factory Racing Technical Director. “At this point, five back-to-back victories with Brock almost feels surreal.”

He emphasized that the victory was proof not only of Heger’s skill but also of the “unmatched performance and capability of the RZR Pro R.” The fact that the top four drivers were all piloting the RZR Pro R Factory – a race-ready machine available to the public – speaks volumes about the platform’s capabilities.
