At TNT we continue to raise the bar and offer products that are cutting edge. This kit will allow our customers to take their Jeep Wrangler to the next level. The foundation of our coilover conversion kit is an upper mount that is CNC cut and formed from .250-inch steel material. Designed around a center load carrying “backbone” and side load supporting one piece formed gusset – our upper mount has clearance for 2.50-inch coil over shocks. This mount completely replaces the Jeep’s stock coil bucket/shock tower and will be fully welded into the frame for the utmost in durability and load capacity – all while retaining the factory wheel liner without trimming. The axle mounted lower shock bracket with incorporated bump stop pad, also CNC cut and formed from .250-inch steel material, comes fully jig welded ready to weld directly to the axle tube. We have mounts for stock axle tube dimensions and for larger tubed aftermarket housings. The lower shock mount is fully boxed and makes for a very rigid mount ready for off road abuse. The bumpstop mounts are CAD designed to limit up travel just as the coilovers reach maximum compression; mounts are CNC cut and formed from .188-inch steel.

Our coilover conversion kit is designed around a 12-inch travel 2.5-inch OD coilover shock; we proudly sell Fox Racing Shox and air bumps. Although designed for a 2.5-inch X 12-inch coilover this kit will accept all 2.0-inch coilovers and with proper installation can accept a 10-inch or 14-inch travel coilover with proper bumpstop adjustments.

This kit will take any short or long arm suspension and turn it into an off road powerhouse!
