Rigid Industries LED Lighting, the world leader in forward projecting LED lighting via its patented optics systems, torture-tested housings and innovative offerings, has debuted new Rigid Industries RDS – Series LED Grilles for the Ford Raptor, Ford F-250/F-350, Ram 2500/3500, GMC 1500 and GMC 2500/3500 that includes the RDS-Series Radius Light Bar.

The RDS-Series radius light bars advantage is to see further down the road while the arc spreads more light to the sides. Every grille has no weld, stainless steel construction with top-of-the-line black polyester powder-coat and stainless steel hardware, all made in the U.S.A. As a bonus, Rigid has included its newest accessory, a custom Rigid grille emblem.

Rigid Industries’ RDS-Series has also received the first and only patent for a curved LED light bar. U.S. Patent number D713,574 has solidified the creation of this original design to the marketplace. Rigid’s curved LED light bar has been often imitated but not surpassed in its performance or quality.

2009-2014 Ford Raptor w/camera or without version – This unique grille features one 30” RDS-Series LED light bar and a custom hole for a camera as well. The new RDS-Series LED Grille will be more aerodynamic on your 2009-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor.

2010-2012 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 and 2013-2014 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 – This LED Grille is designed specifically for the Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 model. The 2010-2012 features one 20” RDS-Series light bar while the 2013-2014 features a larger 30” RDS-Series light bar.

2011-2013 GMC 1500 and 2011-2014 GMC 2500/3500 – The GMC RDS-Series Grilles both feature one 20” RDS-Series LED light bar. These grilles hold the light bar towards the bottom of the grille aligning with the bottom of the headlights for smooth lines all the way around.

2011-2015 Ford F-250/350/450/550 – The 2011-2015 Ford Super Duty LED features one 30” RDS-Series LED light bar for when a Super Duty needs an extremely durable light bar and grille to match it.
