JKS Releases J-Flex Front Control Arms For Wrangler JL Applications

JKS Manufacturing adds J-Flex front adjustable lower control arms to its evergrowing lineup of upgrades for the 2018-2019 Jeep Wrangler JL. Built for strength and improved performance, these bolt-in replacement arms dwarf the factory units built from 2” OD x .250″ DOM tubular construction and feature swaged ends to maximize tube size and maintain wall thickness. The ends are robotically welded to ensure quality, strength and precision fitment. At the axle mounted end the arms uses a preinstalled OE-durometer premium quality Clevite rubber bushing to provide great durability, quiet operation and better isolation of road noise and vibrations. At the other end is a forged flex joint to add plenty of adjustability for use with 0-4.5” of lift. The forged flex joints use a 1.25” -12 threaded shank along with a jam nut to lock down the length while allowing 30-degrees of misalignment for impressive articulation. Servicing is easy via the grease fitting at the base of the joint.

The adjustable design allows for caster correction with a wide range of lift kits installed and are a direct bolt-in with all Jspec suspension systems for the Jeep JL. The arms are specially formed to offer maximum tire clearance for oversized tires, while correctly positioning the ends to install in both the frame and axle locations without being in a bind as is the case with other control arms on the market. They come fully assembled right out of the box finished in a gloss black powder coat. Upgrade your Jeeps control arms with JKS.
