Tonneau covers are experiencing a resurgence in technology and ease of use. Need proof? Look no further than Truxmart. At the 2015 SEMA Show its brand new Worksport Alpha and Alpha Helios models touted some great features owners of pickup trucks can definitely appreciate.

“Tonneau covers are sometimes all-or-nothing, and our customers want a unit that suits the pickup bed,” said Steven Rossi of Truxmart. “With that in mind, we’ve launched the new Alpha model that offers maximum versatility with minimum storage space.”
As a four-fold design, the Alpha can deploy and collapse with ease. In its collapsed form, the Alpha is held in place up against the bedside closest to the cab, where it sits out of the way to allow complete rear visibility. The built-in utility tracks keep the panels from coming out of place during deployment and retraction, too.
The Alpha Helios model, meanwhile, carries the same benefits and ease of use as the Alpha model, but with an extra twist. “The Alpha Helios can produce a total of 440 watts of electric current through its solar panels,” explained Rossi. “The panels are covered in plexiglass and are serviceable. They can be removed, repaired, replaced, or added.”
Fold them up out of the way, deploy, and use them to power your accessories – there are many choices that add to the flexibility of these products. For more information, contact Truxmart using the provided contact information below.
