XDR’s latest offering gives owners of the 2016-2019 Polaris RZR XP Turbo and XP4 Turbo an advantage in sound and free flowing exhaust! The competition “slip-on” (read: bolt on) exhaust is crafted from 2.5” 304S stainless steel giving a resilient finish. The muffler is fabricated from 409S stainless steel for increased durability. Exhaust gases smoothly escape via the mandrel bent piping. As a result owners see an increase in power along with a deep throaty rumble!

The last thing anyone wants to do is finagle aftermarket brackets onto a brand new product. XDR understands this and has made use of all the OEM mount points and springs. Does your racing series require you to run stock spark arrestor? No worries! XDR thought of that too and is setup to run the stock spark arrestor. To finish it off a vented and powder coated XDR labeled heat shield made from 10-gauge 304 stainless steel replaces the OEM heat trapping plastic cover.

Evan Perkins – Digital Content Manager from Holley, parent company of XDR and Flowmaster, shared this statement highlighting several benefits. “The XDR exhaust is 5 pounds lighter than stock, and is a shell-style muffler that does not use traditional packing like other mufflers in this segment. That means it does not need maintenance since there is no packing to wear out. We also include a heat shield that significantly helps reduce the heat affected zone (HAZ) which is an issue for RZRs. This kit does not require a tune and makes roughly 5 more horsepower at peak, but does respond well to tuning.”

While a perfect addition to any 2016-2019 Polaris RZR XP Turbo or XP4 Turbo model, the XDR Off-Road Competition exhaust is more than a slip on muffler.
