You might remember a couple of weeks ago when we brought you word of the fantastic partnership that Nissan and the good folks of the Wounded Warrior Project were doing. The two had partnered together to build a custom 2014 Nissan Pro-4X Titan with the sole purpose of conquering the Alaskan wilderness.
Unique to this build, Nissan is allowing fans to vote on what products to install to the Titan. Whichever product receives the most votes gets outfitted on to the custom Titan. The fans votes poured in and recently Nissan released the video showing the latest results.
Based solely on your votes, Phase Two consists of outfitting the Titan with a Borla cat-back exhaust system (35 percent of the votes), an A.R.E. camper shell (42 percent of the votes), an ARB front bull bar bumper (which received an astounding 69 percent of the Facebook voting), and a Manley Adventure Trailer. They also went on to outfit the camper with a ARB fridge, dry storage, slide out rack, and a shower with fresh water system.
In just a few weeks time, the build team and a few Wounded Warrior project alumni will unload the Titan in Alaska to do battle with the tough northern frontier terrain. Make sure you check back to NissanUSA’s YouTube channel as the build continues!
