Tread Lightly! Announces RPM Steering & Suspension As Its Newest Official Partner

RPM Steering & Suspension is the newest Official Partner of the Tread Lightly! organization. In this capacity, RPM Steering & Suspension will support Tread Lightly!’s important mission to protect off-road trail access and public lands.

About Tread Lightly!

Tread Lightly! is a national nonprofit that’s dedicated to promoting responsible outdoor recreation. It does this through stewardship and educational programs. The Jeep Beach Coastal Cleanup is but one example of the work Tread Lightly! is involved with. This first-year cleanup took place during Jeep Beach 2024 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Tread Lightly! hosted six daily beach cleanups throughout the week at various locations. An impressive 312 volunteers cleaned up cigarette butts, plastic bottles and caps, and even remnants of hotel damage from hurricanes Ian and Nicole in 2022. By the end of the week, the volunteers had picked up 2,652 pounds of trash from 12 miles of oceanfront Daytona Beach. For even more information on the projects that Tread Lightly! has been involved with, visit the news section on the Tread Lightly! website.

About RPM Steering & Suspension

RPM Steering & Suspension is an Arizona-based, family owned and operated small company. Its primary focus is building U.S.-made aluminum steering and suspension products “for Jeep people by Jeep people.” RPM is known as the “aluminum” company because it bases its designs off U.S.-sourced 7075 T6 solid cold finish aluminum links. The company is so confident in its aluminum it offers a lifetime bend or break warranty on all its center sections.

RPM says it offers more steering solutions than any steering company in the industry. The company offers steering components for 2018-up JL and JLU, 2018-up JT, and 2007-2018 JK and JKU Jeeps, as well as 1997-2006 XJ, TJ, and LJ Jeeps, in either stock or 1-ton swap versions. Furthermore, RPM offers lift kits and a wide range of suspension components for various Jeeps as well as rod ends and replacement parts, and a whole lot more.

Working Together To Protect Motorized Trails

Don Rycroft, owner of RPM Steering & Suspension says, “We are proud to continue our support of Tread Lightly! through this official partnership. Tread Lightly!’s mission unites the Jeeping community to work together to protect our trails and the great outdoors.”

Michael Sype, Marketing and Communications Director of Tread Lightly! offered thanks to RPM. “Thank you to RPM Steering & Suspension for helping Tread Lightly! continue its work by supporting us through the 2024 Protect the Fun giveaway initiative. Support from the off-road industry is critical to continuing our mission to protect motorized trails and public lands.”
