The system’s core, the ACS FORGED bed rack, is built to withstand an incredible 4.0g of both lateral and longitudinal force. To put that in perspective, a modern police vehicle generates less than 1.0g even during emergency braking. The ACS FORGED also boasts the highest payload capacity in the industry, with a massive 1,400-pound static (parked) and 800-pound dynamic (on-road) load rating. Despite its strength, the forged aluminum rack weighs only 85 pounds.

The standard Police Package comes equipped with a suite of accessories designed for law enforcement duty. The kit includes the ACS FORGED rack, a standard lockable GearPOD for eye-level storage, an extra-large GearPOD XL, a HydroPOD that holds 4.8 gallons of pressurized water for cleanup or medical use, and a HeadBANGER to protect the rear cab glass from shifting loads. The system’s modularity and universal T-slot design also allow agencies to easily add their own specific equipment, such as lightbars, sirens, and antenna mounts.
