Curt Manufacturing is one of the leading producers in towing products. They had an impressive showing of company support and their display at the 2015 SEMA Show certainly did not disappoint. We opted to focus on its newest products for the goose neck and fifth-wheel applications. Travis Mai was happy to explain a few of the these products, including some benefits to the end user.

Am explained, “First we have our A16 mounted on a roller setup, which gives those short bed owners the ability to make the same maneuvers as a long bed truck due to the length between the hitch and the cab. Next is our A20 fifth-wheel hitch, which features an extremely tight tolerance, fully locking jaw. It also has a user-friendly coupler indicator that clearly shows you whether it’s unlocked, or locked shut and ready to tow.”

He continued, “The double lock EZR is a nice fifth-wheel hitch that has dual locking pins which were tested to the J26-38 standard set by the SAE for 30,000 pounds. The ball typically rides upside down, flush with the bed. We also added a chrome ring to finish off the hitch, while a rubber ring rides in-between the ring and the bed to prevent any scratching to your bed.”

Aries builds a number of products that apply to the truck and off-road markets. Danny took over this side of the booth and went on to explain a few new great products. One of which are our new floor liners which are completely weatherproof, easy to clean, and feature a special non-slip backing to keep them securely in place.”

Danny continued, “This is our new bull bar design which has an open tract with brackets allowing you to mount a number of different sized light bars. Should you prefer to run the bar without lights, you can turn the bar over and run it with the seamless side up.”

“We also have side bars constructed entirely of aluminum with aluminum end caps and step pads, which are available in four different sizes to match your cab configuration. Additionally, you can remove the step pads and paint them to match your vehicle or your favorite accent color. To compliment these products we have a bed rack which has the same track system on top to mount a light bar which is mounted with our own patent pocket mount, and an attractive mesh across the back to protect your rear window. All products are available in clear aluminum and black finishes.”
