Jones’s X3 is equipped with a Rugged Radios communication package and Sparco steering wheel, seats, and harnesses. Knine built a roll cage that is integrated with the OEM chassis. The safety and comms are standard for desert racers and will provide a seamless transition from prerunner to race car. Even though the Knine Racing UTV Raptor is very much fully customized, it is still a SxS at heart. The Can-Am Maverick X3 dash and switches are prominently situated displaying the origins of the machine.

For performance, the Knine Racing UTV Raptor rides on the high-performance OEM Fox Racing Shocks tuned by SDG Suspension. Jones opted for upgraded XX Designs a-arms, Tatum UTV radius rods, and EVO hubs. The wheel and tire package features Method Race Wheels 15×7 405 UTV Beadlocks and 35-inch DSR Tensor Tires. For added utility a rear trunk was built to add storage underneath the secured full size spare tire.
