1995 Ford Centurion C-350 7.3L Power Stroke: Part Bronco, Part Truck

Every so often, a truck comes along that makes even seasoned enthusiasts stop and do a double take. The 1995 Ford Centurion C-350 Classic Conversion Power Stroke 4×4 is one of those rigs. Built by Centurion Vehicles of White Pigeon, Michigan, this conversion took the classic stature of a Ford F-350 and gave it Bronco-inspired swagger, creating a massive, diesel-powered SUV unlike anything else on the road. If you’ve never seen one before, you’re not alone—these trucks were produced in tiny numbers, and finding one today is like striking gold.

This particular 1995 Ford Centurion C-350 recently surfaced on Bring a Trailer, where it turned plenty of heads and bid up to $49,500 before failing to meet reserve. While we’re unsure of the reserve figure, the fact that nearly $50,000 fell short confirms our suspicion that these unicorns are perceived as valuable. No matter what, it’s one of the coolest examples of 1990s truck culture, full of all the charm that made it special in the first place.

Under the hood sits Ford’s nostalgic 7.3-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8, an engine that needs no introduction in diesel circles. Back in 1995, it was rated at 210 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque—enough to move this big rig with some authority. Mated to a four-speed automatic and a dual-range transfer case, the drivetrain delivers serious pulling power. Combine that with a limited-slip rear differential and manually locking front hubs, and you’ve got a true 4×4 bruiser that can back up its looks with capability.

Speaking of looks, this 1995 Ford Centurion C-350 received a two-tone red and white repaint, complemented by Bushwacker-style flares, Fox shocks, and polished 16-inch wheels wrapped in Falken Wildpeaks. The Bronco-style removable fiberglass hardtop gives it that classic SUV vibe, while details like the windshield visor, roof spoiler, and swing-away spare carrier scream 1990s cool. It’s the kind of truck that makes you want to roll into a campground or a car show and watch jaws hit the ground.

Step inside, and the Centurion’s conversion magic really shines. Forget bare-bones pickup interiors. This one has gray leather middle-row captain’s chairs and a third-row bench seat—now that’s a mashup. There’s even a CRT television with a VCR, straight out of the family road-trip playbook. Add in a JVC head unit, Rockford Fosgate subwoofers, woodgrain trim, and overhead lighting, and you’ve got the ultimate ’90s luxury hauler. It’s part pickup, part SUV, and part time machine.

Rarity is the key here. Ford never officially built a four-door Bronco (back then), so Centurion filled the gap by creating these wild, hand-built conversions. Today, they’re rarer than feral unicorns, especially when paired with the nostalgic 7.3-liter Power Stroke. This 1995 Centurion is more than just a truck—it’s a conversation starter, a rolling piece of diesel history, and one of the coolest SUV conversions ever made.
