Last year the Ford Raptor Forum put on its debut Havoc in the Hills event at Rausch Creek Off-Road Park in Tremont, Pennsylvania with an exceptional turnout. So this year, they’re doing it again, renting over 1,500 acres of land inside the park exclusively for participants to enjoy over a four-day period.
Dubbed the largest Raptor event North of the Mason-Dixon line, this year’s Havoc in the Hills event will take place September 25-28 with proceeds benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Participants of the event can expect two full days of course running in the park, a six-hour guided trail ride into areas not usually accessible to wheelers on Sunday, a Friday night banquet and charity raffle, and a Saturday night dinner, raffle and bonfire.
To participate, you must have helmets for all passengers in your vehicle, two D rings and a tow strap of at least 20 feet with the ability to pull your truck, boots, outdoor clothing, decent tires and spares mounted in the back of your rig. Participants are also required to be up to date on their truck’s maintenance and have a good attitude.
There are local hotels and camping spots available for booking for participants.
Event registration opens at 7pm on September 25th in the Comfort Inn main lobby. Registration is $300 for one Raptor, its driver and an optional co-driver. Each additional passenger is $50.
