In 2008, MBRP launched into the Jeep marketplace with a new exhaust system. To showcase their exhaust, they built a wicked Jeep JK. While displaying at the SEMA Show and other shows around the country that year, the things that got the most attention and got people really talking were the accessories, not the exhaust. Realizing an opportunity, the owners of MBRP launched a new company called Off Camber Fabrications in 2009. While at this year’s SEMA Show, we stopped by to check in and see what’s new.
Continuing with a deeper dive into the Jeep market, they had a JK in the booth displaying one of their front stubby winch bumpers. The bumper is made out of 3/16-inch steel with massive 1/4-inch mounting brackets. Mounted inside of the bumper is a Torxx winch along with a set of recessed fog lights, integrated into the bumper.
This particular setup also featured the optional Bumper Light Bar Hoop that a Rigid Industries light bar was mounted to. In front of the windshield was a JK Light Bar Assembly made out of 2-inch steel tubing with a black powdercoat finish. Instead of going with the five round lights, they opted to use one Rigid Industries light bar. Mounted just above the cowl, was a set of Windshield Light Brackets with a set of square Rigid Industries lights.
Of course MBRP is well-known for their exhaust and diesel performance systems, they have succeeded in making a name for themselves with the Off Camber Fabrications brand being well received in the off-road and Jeep markets. Stay tuned for more updates!
