Westin Automotive has been long known for their great Jeep products and so during this years SEMA show we had to stop by and see first hand what they’re bringing to the table for the newest member of the Jeep family. Decked out in one of the most Patriotic wraps we have seen, this 2020 Gladiator featured a slew of products to take this already capable off roader to the next level . We took a few minutes to talk to David Herrera of Westin about the details on these new products.

For this build, Westin showcased their tried and true WJ2 bumpers on both the front and rear. “The stubby bumper follows the line of our Gladiator fenders, while the full width is designed to fit around the stock fenders” David points out about the choice for the Stubby version upfront. The all-steel bumper is winch capable and comes with mount points for an optional light bar, rock lights, and skid plate. David also pointed out another great feature, which is high lift jack points on both sides of the bumpers.

Sitting behind that front bumper is another great piece, an HDX series grille. Featuring an 11 gauge steel frame this direct-fit upgrade is as tough as it is stylish. Centered in the form-fitted mesh grill is an adjustable lightbar, which is included with the unit. Available in a textured black finish the HDX is an awesome addition to the Gladiator offerings.

While big upgrades are always great to see, sometimes the small stuff can be equally impressive. Westin delivered in this area as well with a couple of accessories that add both functionality and style. First up is a set of LED cowl lights in the Gladiators hood. offering a lighting option as a replacement for the factory plastic panels.

Next up is the R5 hitch step, one of five hitch step offers matched to the available line of side steps currently available from Westin. Utilizing a standard hitch receiver these steps give easier access to the truck bed, especially on lifted vehicles.

Finally, for those of us in states requiring a front plate, Westin has also released a new Winch Tray License Plate Relocator. It mounts directly to the winch tray and allows you to flip the plate out of the way when it’s time for use and keeps it legal while on the road.

Overall this Jeep was a great showcase for available parts from the team at Westin. With new products front to rear they have you covered when it comes to taking your JT to next level.
