XP1K4: RJ Anderson Shows Off What A UTV Can Really Do

XP1K4 018

The weather delays are over, the ground is perfect and XP1K4 is out! The latest addition to the XP1K saga hit the airwaves today with RJ Anderson behind the wheel of his 2017 Polaris RZR XP Turbo EPS.

The video shows RJ proving that A UTV can hang with the big boys and is just as capable as one. From the fast uphill sections or hauling through the whoops, this is what off-roading is all about. The stunts in XP1K4 are bigger and better than ever! From grinding on a rail to the wall of death RJ made it seem like there was nothing a RZR can’t do.

The stunts that RJ Anderson did in XP1K4 were the biggest to date, leading up to the mother of all backflips.

XP1K4 was shot in an undisclosed location in the Southern California mountains east of San Diego as an homage to the birthplace freestyle motocross. Tony Vanillo and his team of dirt and ramp engineers at Off-Road Management Group built some massive stunts that were inspired by freestyle motocross and required some pretty complicated engineering.

What would a motocross-themed UTV video be without a backflip? RJ ends the video doing a massive backflip between to storage containers that acted like towers. It may not have been a world record, but it is surely one of the cleanest backflips we have ever seen.

RJ Anderson's XP1K4

The Polaris RZR featured in XP1K4 is loaded with parts from industry leaders. The vehicle features a Holz Racing Products suspension, front sway bar, front bumper, engine mounts and skid system. The dash cluster features the all-new RacePak iQ3 data-logger, Switch Pros switch panel, and Mob Armor mount with an iPad Mini designed for the RZR.

RJ drove in a custom-made PRP Alpha containment seat and 5-point harness and custom XP1K4 MPI steering wheel made specifically for the vehicle. Walker Evans Racing provided the shock and wheel package.

Two very unique stunts that pushed the edge in a UTV.

Rigid Industries supplied a plenty of LED lighting products while BFGoodrich provided their all-new Baja T/A KR2 30-innch UTV tire. The entire car is wrapped in custom Mad Media designed XP1K4 livery print and was installed by Proline Wraps.
