If you have been keeping track of any of the Best in the Desert racing series, but especially in the UTV class, then you have probably heard of Cognito Motorsports and its undefeated no. 1918 Polaris RZR. When they are not in the dirt they are pushing the UTV and truck market to new levels.

“The newest product that we have launched is the dual speed control Fox coilovers for the half-ton,” Ryan Ast of Cognito Motorsports explained. “We recently just launched a transmission pinion shaft upgrade kit for the RZR 170 as well. The rear cover has a bearing added in this kit, the shaft has a long nose to connect with the added bearing to support the pinion gear and shaft to help strengthen the transmission case and help prevent it from cracking.”

The team at Cognito Motorsports does not stand still. “We are in the process building a 3.5-inch over long travel kit for the RZR 170 as well,” Ast said. “For the RZR 1000 we just finalized all of our accessories: door kits, spare tire carrier, and radius rod cage.”
