Wether you are are the street, strip or out in the dirt vehicle owners are always searching for more power. With larger tires, and added weight Jeep owners can struggle to get everything out of their vehicle.
Petty’s Garage in Randleman, North Carolina has found a solution to this problem with the help of Magnuson. Petty’s Garage is no stranger to off-road and Jeeps as they will be building the production version of the Red Rock Jeep that was in the Mopar booth at last year’s SEMA show.

We had the chance to speak with Michael Cormack of Petty’s Garage to get a little more information about what they are doing in the shop. “We have been using Magnuson in all of our cars for a long time, they are a really great partner of ours. It is just a really good match so it only made sense to put them on the Jeeps as well,” Cormack explained.
“We really support Magnuson, they have been the easiest kit we have every put on. The Jeep we started the install on yesterday will be out driving around this morning. Our goal is to build conversion package Jeeps for dealerships. One of the things that we will be offering them is a supercharged version with a full powertrain warranty.”
The install is quick and easily and only takes the shop a day and half to complete.
Cormack spoke about his goal with the Jeep market, “My goal is to get about 500 of them out to dealers next year. There is a market for them and the price point is great along with the warranty.”
Bolt-on products is not the only thing that Petty’s Garage is getting into. They can take your vehicle and customize it any way that you want. We will get a closer look into Petty’s Garage new off-road shop so stay tuned for updates to come!
