Lingenfelter Announces 2015 Chevy Silverado Engine Packages

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering is proud to release their new 2015 Chevy/GMC truck engine packages and suspension upgrades. These packages are available to meet your own custom engine and suspension needs and sure to make your truck stand out in a crowd.

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (SEMA Booth #20337 Central Hall) announces that the company has expanded its light truck performance product offerings for Chevrolet or GM pickup owners.

Based on consumer demand, Lingenfelter now offers 475, 550 or 800 horsepower engine packages, and can also equip these trucks with either an off-road option featuring a lifted, long-travel suspension, or a street-style option with a three-inch front to five-inch rear lowered suspension package. Lingenfelter’s supercharged engine packages and suspensions can be expertly installed on new or existing Chevy or GMC trucks at the company’s Decatur, Ind. or Wixom, Mich. build facilities. In addition to custom installation, Lingenfelter also offers a selection of crate engines and high performance engine components to allow truck owners to perform their own upgrades.

“Off-road truck enthusiasts have seen Lingenfelter deliver a rugged, 550 horsepower, supercharged package with the Chevy Silverado-based Reaper, and these programs are designed to build on the success of this popular, high-performance vehicle,” said Mike Copeland, vice president and general manager, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering.

At the 2015 SEMA show, Lingenfelter will showcase its light truck power-enhancing engineering expertise on a 2015 Chevy Silverado 4WD, featuring a Magnuson supercharged 417 cubic inch, direct-injected LT-based engine that makes 800 horsepower with 775 ft. lb. torque. Also included are American Racing long-tube headers and a Lingenfelter exhaust system. Lingenfelter, well known as a leading, prestige brand of precision-tuning and performance components for Corvettes, Camaros and Cadillacs, has been supplying performance enhancements for GM SUVs and trucks on a bespoke basis for years.
