Skyjacker and the LeDuc family have had a long time relationship, but it recently was taken up a notch. Both announced that there will be the Skyjacker Curt LeDuc Series. It will feature tuned and tested coilovers, with smooth bore, clear coated, and zinc-plated bodies. They also have 6061-T6 billet aluminum, black anodized mounting components.
With the off-road legacy Curt LeDuc has it only makes sense that these are race-developed with a high-flow piston design and external reservoir. There are coil preload presets that allow for a proper ride height. The LeDuc Series can be purchased separate or as an upgrade.
We had a chance to talk with Josh Cooper and find out what else was new with Skyjacker. “We have our Softride Jeep kits, which were released late last year. We changed the spring rates on the JK kits to make them ride better. We do still offer our other spring, but it is stiffer than the Softride,” Cooper explained.
‘The Softride kits maintain a close to factory ride. Most JK owners want to keep the ride they have when they get the vehicle and this kit allows it,” Cooper continued.
Skyjacker also has coilover upgrades for their half ton Chevy, Ford and Dodge six-inch lift kits. The company brings upgrades to their tried and tested lift kits allowing for even more customization of their vehicle.
