Getting more power out of anything with a motor is important. ProCharger teamed up with Speedwerx to place their supercharger on the Arctic Cat Wildcat X.

With the side-by-side market turning to factory installed superchargers or turbo in the last couple months, ProCharger has an application for older model UTVs. ProChargers supercharger (PN ACSC-WILDCAT-012) fits on 2012 to 2013 Arctic Cat Wildcat’s.

Wildcat X models will see 150 hp on premium pump gas; non X models will see 135 hp on premium pump gas. Race gas application can expect to see 200 hp and require additional motor parts such as upgrading the valve train.

Each kit comes with a Speedwerx Wet Clutch Deletion Kit on non X models, Speedwerx Clutch kit for stock size tires, Power Commander PCV boost ready controller, larger injectors, ProCharger supercharger and intercooler, blow off valve and surge Valve, high flow aluminum air box, and all necessary mounting brackets and hardware for a complete install.

They do have optional items such as a clutch housing blower kit, PCV AutoTune, air-to-fuel ratio system, and every kit has the option to have Speedwerx install, test and tuning.

The kit keeps the noise levels the same as stock, while keeping instant throttle response. The supercharger kit will include a wet clutch delete for 2012 to 2013 non X model Wildcats.

With around 95 horsepower stock on a non X model Wildcat, the increase of 40 horsepower is a great power gain. The supercharger kit retails for $6499.95, which may be out of some people’s budget but regardless it is great to see companies offering performance upgrades for the side-by-side market.
