You can now get a 2017 Ford Raptor in the comfort of your own home. Best part is it will come from your 3-D printer, through Ford’s 3D Store.

3-D printers and the technology along with them are growing at rapid speeds and it is only a matter of time before you really can print your vehicle. At this time, the models available through Ford are 1/32nd scale.

As much as we would like to print out the new 2017 Ford Raptor, Ford GT, or even a 2015 Shelby GT350R, that technology for the real deal is not yet here, but you can make a model. Ford has a total of 5 vehicles for sale through their 3-D store.

The Ford Raptor can be purchased as a .STL file for $4.99 to print on your own 3-D printer, or if you do not want to be left out, you can a pre-printed model for $39.

If you are looking for something a little more fancy, they do have a line of professional 3-D models as well. The professional Raptor looks just like the real thing: spare tire, exhaust, and all the framework can be seen by flipping the vehicle over.

The high-quality, professional model will enhance detail and realism to any of your rendering projects. It does however come with a steeper price at $149 for the 2017 Ford Raptor.

Colors can be modified, and all the textures come out as if they were real. Many auto manufacturers and even some aftermarket part companies are using 3-D printers to prototype parts to cut back on costs for developing and designing vehicles and technologies. All we can say is that these models blow our Raptor Hot Wheels out of the water.
