Almost every boy growing up loved to play with his Hot Wheels, but when he was done with the tracks all over the house, it was time to get the next best thing out: Legos. Legos have been in homes since 1949, and have touched on everything out there from medieval knights to Star Wars.
Lego builder extraordinaire “Will” has taken Lego building to the next level. He builds and replicates all sorts of things from Transformers to Aliens, all of which can be seen in his flickr albums. This time, Will has taken up a notch creating some of the vehicles that have been in the recent hit movie Mad Max: Fury Road.
Will even goes so far as to replicate the characters that are with the vehicles as well. If you have not seen Mad Max: Fury Road, it is one to definitely add to your must-see list! But people who have seen it will sure get a kick out of how close they resemble the movie vehicles.
With the movie taking place in post-apocalyptic times, everything is made to protect or destroy anything in its way, all while staying capable of navigating the desert wasteland terrain. Without going into much detail to spoil the movie, suffice it to say, the vehicles are as insane as your imagination could picture.
Movie Prop, Lego Toy
Will creates vehicles the movie’s main character, Max, uses or is being chased by down to every little detail. The epic “Doof Wagon” is also created down to every little speaker that appears in the movie, including the flame-throwing guitar player.
With the movie involving barren desert and tricked-out off road war machines, the movie is definitely something that will keep you entertained and wondering just how did they do that. With plenty of action and crashes this will be a off-road fan favorite for sure.
The replicas of the vehicles with the Legos is outstanding and Will surely deserves praise for the creations that he has made and how similar they look to the ones in the movie.
