From time to time we need a little laugh. So for today’s source of laughter, we present you with the above video of one very lucky cat.

After driving 70 km (or a little over 40-miles) the driver in the video above noticed that something just wasn’t quite right with their SUV. With over 10-minutes of twisting bolts and a lot of raising up the SUV, the spring, with the cat and all, was finally pulled from the Toyota. That is correct, the cat had managed to squeeze itself into a coil spring under the car.

After pulling out the spring, the next task was getting the cat out of the spring. So, what to try first? How about a little shake? After seeing how bad the cat was wedged in there the best method was the good ole’ reach in and pull out.

We have to say that this was one lucky kitten. The cat was lucky enough to crawl into the spring owned by some very patient and obviously caring people, the story could have ended very badly for the cat. Looks like “curiosity” took the day off as it didn’t kill the cat but we’re pretty sure one of his nine lives was used up anyways.
