Rezvani Motors has the answer with their new Tank SUV. Rezvani Motors is a small company founded by a former fighter jet pilot in California.

Upon initially seeing the Tank SUV you may assume it’s based on a Toyota FJ because it has a similar shape, but you’d be wrong. The Tank SUV is based on the Jeep JK Wrangler and uses the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. If you want more power you can opt for the SRT 6.4-liter V8 that outputs 500 horsepower.

To increase ground clearance Rezvani uses a six-inch lift with Fox 2.5-inch remote reservoir shocks. The tires are either 37×12.5 or 37×13.5 depending on which off-road package you pick. The lower end package uses Dynatrac ProRock 44/60 axles with e-lockers. The higher end package uses Dynatrac ProRock XD60/80 axles with air lockers and a big brake kit. What’s not exactly clear is if there is a base model Tank SUV that uses the standard D44 axles found on the Rubicon model.

If you plan on doing some sort of night operations than you can opt for the FLIR thermal night vision system. This allows you to effectively see anything that is generating heat at night time. This is perfect for night time hunting, security, and many other situations. The option that really makes this truck notable is the Ballistic Armor package which ranges from $40,000 to $85,0000. This package adds Kevlar armor to the entire truck, bulletproof glass, military-grade run-flat tires, and a kevlar protect fuel tank, floorpan, and radiator.
