Raising money for Building Homes for Heroes, RealTruck and MasterCraft Boat Company joined forces to build a massive custom giveaway. Recognizing the 250th anniversary of the United States, the two brands created a matching truck and boat combination. Instead of just writing a standard donation check, they designed this unique package to generate funds for military veterans and first responders while giving enthusiasts a chance to win big.
The design team started the project with a modern Chevrolet Colorado. Pulling inspiration directly from ’85 square body Chevy paintjobs, painters applied a distinct two-tone color scheme across the exterior. Mechanics then outfitted the bed with an A.R.E. Z2 Cap and a DECKED storage system. Go Rhino! Xplor lighting illuminates the trail, while an Elevate Rack and an Ascend roof basket secure extra gear. Sitting behind the truck, a restored ’75 MasterCraft Stars and Stripes ski boat completes the package. This legendary towboat features a patriotic gelcoat matching the truck perfectly.

All sweepstakes donations directly fund Building Homes for Heroes, a charity celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. The organization builds mortgage-free houses for wounded veterans and expects to finish its 500th project this year. MasterCraft Senior Vice President Krista Schipner stated: “Few boats are as closely tied to MasterCraft’s heritage as the beloved Stars & Stripes models. As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, we’re proud to restore this iconic boat and pair it with a custom Chevrolet Colorado. Together with RealTruck, we’ve created a tribute to American craftsmanship that honors our shared values, inspires adventure, and gives back to those who have served our country.”
Country music singer Warren Zeiders joined the campaign to drive fan awareness across his social media channels. One lucky winner takes home the truck, the boat, VIP concert tickets, a signed guitar, and a meet-and-greet pass. Zeiders explained: “This project brings together several things I’m passionate about. I’m an avid boater and a longtime fan of classic trucks and cars, so getting involved was an easy decision.” Fans can spot the rig at the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas, the ’26 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, and Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale.
Spotting this custom rig on the highway reminds fans how the automotive industry actively supports those who serve. Giving away a fully loaded Chevrolet and a legendary ski boat provides serious motivation for enthusiasts to get involved. By supporting Building Homes for Heroes, the automotive community helps fund another completely mortgage-free house for a deserving veteran.
