The Jeep Wrangler JK could easily be argued as one of the most popular if not the most popular Jeep of all time. To help take the JK to the next level Rusty’s Off-Road has two bolt-on long travel suspension systems for the Jeep; a 3.25-inch and 5.75-inch.
One of the best parts about the kits is they are a 100-percent bolt-on installation. To be able to increase the ability of the JK by bolt-on parts is great and there is no need for a welder on these kits.
The radius-arm style corrects suspension geometry and increases suspension articulation on these kits. They also come standard with Flex Joints for maximum articulation, HD adjustable track bars included as standard equipment, and no failure-prone drop brackets. The arms are constructed of 0.188-wall DOM tubing and there is a wide range of shock choices including twin-tube, monotube, and remote reservoir.
The long travel suspension kits clear room for larger tires, 35 to 39-inch tires depending on height and fender choice. The kits increase suspension travel, correct suspension geometry over a lifted short arm system, and improve the ride and handling.
