Forget the thermometer; the real sign of winter is race trailers heading to the track. Arctic Cat is gearing up for the 2025-26 snocross season, and they aren’t just showing up—they’re bringing a reinforced squad to the AMSOIL Championship Snocross (ACS) circuit. The team is mixing loyal veterans with some returning favorites to make sure they see plenty of podiums this year.
Jacob Yurk is the man to watch in the Pro class. He’s back with Kyllo Racing after a solid season where he took fourth in points. It wasn’t just about the riding, though; his team operated like a machine, snagging “Team of the Year” and “Mechanic of the Year” honors. He won’t be the only one flying the flag. Daniel Benham Jr. is coming home to the brand, taking the lead spot at Frattalone Racing. Having two top-tier pros gives Arctic Cat a serious one-two punch when the gate drops.

The fight in Pro Lite is going to be just as intense. Frattalone Racing added Trent Wittwer to run alongside returning rider Eric Downs, while Jordan Biese is saddling up with Beson Racing. The team is even bringing in talent from overseas, with Swedish rider Linus Petterson joining Green Mountain Racing. The depth chart keeps going beyond the main events. Cerissa Blessum is hunting for wins in Pro-Am Women, while Tyler Ooman and Devin Denman are ready to mix it up in the Pro-Am Plus 30 class.
It isn’t all about the U.S. tracks, either. Cameron Wachtler and Dylan Roes are leading the charge north of the border in the CSRA, proving the sleds are competitive across the entire Snowbelt. Racing Manager Mike Kloety is also keeping a close eye on the youth classes, watching the next generation cut their teeth on the ZR 120 and 200 sleds. It’s a strategy that ensures the brand stays competitive for years to come. With a deep bench, international talent, and a lot of hunger, Arctic Cat is looking at a very loud, very fast winter.
