Casad noted: “The reason why we’re staying with 1.5-inch is because we want to keep a similar wheel gap that you had with your factory 33s.” This height ensures the suspension geometry remains virtually unchanged. Casad emphasized simplicity when he stated: “You won’t need aftermarket control arms, track bars, track bar relocation solutions, or anything like that.” Owners only replace the springs, shocks, and sway bar links.

Bilstein offers different spring rates depending on the front bumper. Casad mentioned: “If you know you’re going to use a winch, it’ll have a heavier load front coil.” The system also fits base models like the Sport, but those require fender modifications. The heart of the system is the cold-wound coil springs that offer more droop travel. Casad added: “We’re including four Bilstein monotube 5100 series dampers. The extended length of these are perfect. They go perfect with the springs.”

The kit includes billet aluminum bump stop striker pads that feature a beveled edge to prevent tearing. Another key component is the sway bar relocation bracket. Casad explained: “This sway bar relocation bracket combined with a particular sway bar length will allow you to run stock wheels if you’d like.” This setup saves money for owners who want to keep their factory wheels while upgrading.
