Model year 2021 vehicles are starting to be unveiled. Next in line is the brand-new 2021 Chevrolet Colorado. Hall Racing will help the 2021 truck make its first public appearance at the 2019 Method Race Wheels Laughlin Desert Classic on October 10,2019. Hall Racing has been competing with Colorados for several years.

The new line up will feature more differences between the various models. Included in the new-for-2021 is the Sand Dune Metallic exterior paint option for Z71 and ZR2 models. Each model gets new bowtie emblems and embossed Chevrolet tailgates.

“We’ve sold 520,000 Colorado pickups in five years through a relentless, foot-on-the-gas approach to product and feature updates,” said Bob Krapes, director of marketing, Chevrolet Trucks. “With its new-look front end and tailgate, Colorado will now have a more aggressive appearance to match its award-winning capability.”

The WT, LT and Z71 Colorado trim levels will all receive updated front ends and front skid plates for 2021. WT and LT will feature all-new gold Chevy bowtie logos, while Z71 receives a black bowtie logo. ZR2 models get a special flowthrough Chevrolet lettered grille and a frontend that improves visibility while having a more aggressive look.

The ZR2 will also feature the Multimatic DSSV position-sensitive shocks and standard front and rear electronic locking differentials. The trucks are boosted in height and width over their counterparts with a 2-inch suspension lift, 3.5-inch wider track. Also included are red tow hooks, multiple skid plates and off-road rocker protection.

Pricing has yet to be announced. The new truck is slated to go on sale next year. For more information, visit the Chevrolet website.
