It feels more like the holidays around the shop as we are getting more boxes of goodies, and in this case a Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust. This is just the sound we need rumbling through the shop this time of year.
This exhaust will be getting installed on a 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD pickup. The exhaust is nicely laid out with dual side tips that will add the sound and look the owner is wanting to achieve.
The American Thunder Series features mufflers tuned to deliver more power, torque, throttle response and mileage. These exhaust systems take sedate vehicles and deliver a great performance tone designed for truck fans.
We will be putting the muffler to the test by putting the truck on the dyno for before and after. We will not only see the number difference between the factory TRD exhaust, but we will be able to find out how much power you truly get.
The installation is rather simple, and basically dropping the factory exhaust, while replacing it with the new Flowmaster exhaust system. This exhaust system will give the truck the classic Flowmaster sound.
