Things are starting to speed up in 2014, as everyone in the industry gets themselves ready for the impending SEMA Show in November. And this year, two of the companies attending, Rhino Linings and Doetsch Off-Road, are turning the obligatory project car on its head by allowing you, the off-road enthusiast, the opportunity to speak up about what you want to see on display.
The program, called “Run My Build,” gives creative control of the display Jeep being built so you can determine which of the three themes–Rock Crawler, Street/Beach Cruiser, or Hunting Rig–will be used for the project. After that, you can continue voting on colors, graphics, and aftermarket accessories from the likes of the Rhino and Doetsch, as well as TIS Wheels, Truck-Lite, and Katzkin Automotive Leather product lines.

With companies like AIRAID, Rugged Ridge, Katzkin, and many more, it’s easy to picture just how awesome this Jeep will turn out.
With the votes collected and counted, it will be upon Dave Doetsch, award-winning Jeep builder, to deliver an amazing Wrangler worthy of the SEMA Show. “This is a great opportunity to involve fans of Rhino Linings, Dave Doetsch and Jeep in a build for one of the largest automotive events of the year,” said Elaine Luttrell, Director of Marketing and Customer Management for Rhino Linings Corporation. “Rhino Linings is excited to sponsor this build with Doetsch Off-Road, known for the quality and creativity it brings to a build.”
From now until July 1st, you can vote online at the Run My Build promotion page. Results will be posted the following day, and from there on out until October, you can view the build progress on the Run My Build Blog.
We can’t wait to see how this project comes out. In the meantime, be sure to show Rhino Linings and Doetsch Off-Road your appreciation by Liking them on Facebook.
