UTVs have taken the world by storm. The miniature machines have found a home in many owners’ hearts, whether they’re used to ferry tools around the farm or taken off-road for a weekend adventure. In the case of John Deere, they’re revamping their Gator UTVs for 2021, and with these updates comes new ways to enjoy the driving experience.
“For 2021, we took a look at our Gator line-up and made improvements to the transmission controls, digital displays, gear positions and power steering,” said Mark Davey, John Deere marketing manager. “Customers will find that our updated units are easier to shift and control, provide instant engagement of four-wheel-drive and differential lock, and provide more information on the dashboard.”
Going into more depth on this news, John Deere states that the instrument cluster is optimized. Things like fuel level, gear position, and more will be displayed. Integrated park position and improved shift pattern offer easier operation, too. What’s more, four-wheel-drive can be selected with the flip of a switch.
On top of all this, John Deere is pulling out all the stops on modifications. Winches, snow blades, sprayers and more can all be installed to offer greater versatility and practicality. There are even finishes like green, olive, and an all-new color called TrueTimber camo for a truly customized look.
With updates like these, it’s clear that John Deere is bringing its A-game to the 2021 Gator. Find out more information by visiting the company’s website, and don’t forget to follow John Deere on Facebook as well.
