Polaris is once again redefining what a production side-by-side can be. With the debut of the all-new RZR Pro R Ultra Edition, the company has taken its most capable platform and infused it with race-proven technology straight from the brutal world of desert competition. Limited in production and loaded with innovation, the Ultra Edition represents the next evolution of RZR ride control, comfort, and confidence at speed while building on the already formidable RZR Pro R with the industry’s first factory-integrated electronically controlled hydraulic locking sway bar links, delivered through the new DYNAMIX DVS Suspension System.

Race-Proven Suspension, Brought To The Trail

At the heart of the RZR Pro R Ultra Edition is the DYNAMIX DVS suspension system. Developed in collaboration with Suspension Direct Inc. (SDi), the system was proven in wide-open desert racing by RZR Factory Racing, where it played a pivotal role in an undefeated 2025 season that included overall UTV victories at every major event, back-to-back Baja 1000 wins, and the 2025 SCORE Series Championship.

Unlike conventional sway bar disconnects that operate in a simple locked or unlocked state, DYNAMIX DVS introduces active sway bar links that continuously adapt to terrain and driving conditions. Each wheel is allowed to move independently when needed, delivering maximum articulation and significantly reducing body movement over harsh terrain. When cornering or driving aggressively, the system instantly tightens to provide the precise, planted handling RZR drivers expect.

According to Polaris Off-Road Vehicles President Reid Wilson, the technology marks a major leap forward. Drawing directly from lessons learned in competition, Polaris engineers focused on delivering smarter suspension behavior that enhances control in every environment, from high-speed desert runs to technical rock sections.

Intelligent Control In Any Terrain

DYNAMIX DVS integrates seamlessly with the RZR Pro R’s existing ride modes and suspension architecture, managing four sway bar links across multiple control channels. The system reacts in real time, balancing comfort, articulation, and stability without driver intervention. The result is a noticeably smoother ride through chop and whoops, sharper handling when pushing the pace, and added confidence when navigating unpredictable or technical terrain.

Purpose-Built Style And Driver-Focused Upgrades

Beyond its technical advancements, the RZR Pro R Ultra Edition stands apart visually and functionally. Polaris equips the vehicle with a new MPI Racing steering wheel inspired by professional desert competition, offering improved ergonomics and more precise feedback from the terrain.

Traction duties are handled by 32-inch BFGoodrich KM3 tires, a proven choice for mixed desert conditions. The Ultra Edition also debuts a limited Velocity Blue colorway paired with custom GatorStep interior accents, creating a cockpit that feels as premium as it is purposeful.

Pro R Performance, Turned Up

The Ultra Edition retains the core attributes that have made the RZR Pro R a standout in the high-performance UTV segment. A 74-inch stance and 104.5-inch wheelbase provide exceptional stability, while 29 inches of usable suspension travel allow the chassis to absorb deep whoops and high-speed impacts with authority.

Inside the cab, Polaris raises the technology bar with the largest in-vehicle display in powersports. The new 10.4-inch vertical touchscreen powered by RIDE COMMAND delivers expansive mapping and vehicle data in a clean, easy-to-read format. Audio is handled by a Rockford Fosgate Stage 4 system with a 1,500-watt digital amplifier, ensuring powerful sound even at speed.

Polaris also continues to differentiate itself with comfort features rarely seen in this segment, including the industry’s only heated and vented seats, making long days in extreme conditions far more manageable.

Limited Production, Exclusive Availability

The 2026 RZR Pro R Ultra Edition will be limited to just 500 units worldwide, available in both two-seat and four-seat configurations. Pricing starts at $46,999 for the two-seater and $50,999 for the four-seater, with units scheduled to begin arriving at dealerships in February 2026.
