SEMA 2025 is underway, and the team at REDARC is making a serious splash in the overlanding and towing world. The industry leader is using the show to debut two major new product lines: the Tow-Pro Link, a next-gen Bluetooth brake controller, and REDWorks Power Panels, a slick, pre-wired solution for builders.

REDWorks Power Panels

For anyone who builds custom four-wheel-drives, vans, or work fleet vehicles, wiring a complex auxiliary power system is often the biggest headache. The new REDWorks Power Panels are designed to solve exactly that problem. These are compact, pre-wired, and installation-ready units that combine all the essential power components (like DC-DC chargers) into a single, tested system. This approach drastically reduces labor time, sourcing complexity, and troubleshooting for builders. The lineup includes models like the Scout25, Nomad50, and Pioneer50, as well as high-output QuickFit Panels with 100 amps of charging and full RedVision control. Builders just need to mount the panel and add a battery.

The Tow-Pro Link

On the towing side, REDARC is upgrading its legendary brake controller. The new Tow-Pro Link introduces Bluetooth connectivity, allowing drivers to monitor and control trailer functions directly from their smartphone via the Tow-Pro app. Users can test trailer lights, adjust braking sensitivity, and even receive over-the-air updates. While the app adds convenience, REDARC wisely included a physical USB remote for instant access to gain adjustments and its SwayStop Plus stabilization, so you never have to fumble with a phone screen while driving. The unit retains the critically acclaimed highway and user-controlled off-road braking modes, ensuring total control on any terrain.

REDARC: Smarter Towing and Power at SEMA

Both new product lines are on display right now at SEMA 2025 in the West Hall (Booth #57173). REDARC is trusted globally by OEMs for a reason, and these two launches show a clear commitment to integrating smart, convenient technology with the rugged reliability their users expect. By simplifying complex wiring for builders and making towing controls more accessible for drivers, REDARC is making it easier for everyone to power their adventures with confidence.
