Mickey Thompson Sponsors Lucas Oil Regional MiniStock Racing Series

As a sign of its involvement in off-road motorsports, Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels had not only committed its resources to sponsorship of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), but it has also returned to support the regional grass roots short course racing as a sponsor of the Lucas Oil Regional Off Road Racing Series MiniStock class.

According to Lucas Oil, the sponsorship from Mickey Thompson means help to racers who build and compete in small, production-based trucks. These MiniStock Class racers rely primarily on stock components and with minor modifications, these production trucks are converted into competition vehicles. These competitors don’t have big budgets, and Mickey Thompson’s sponsorship means that these racers who are passionate about the sport get the assistance they need.
