Day one of the October 5-6, 2013 Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo co-sponsored by General Tire was a huge success at the Pomona Fairplex, Pomona, California, and if the swarm of attendees enjoying the displays of new custom vehicles, thousands of parts and accessories from hundreds of vendors, the Toyota off-road test drives, racing demos from the King of the Hammers and Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, and so much more, are any evidence of what to expect, the second day should be another gate-crusher as well.
With everything off-road enthusiasts could possibly want to see on-hand, this year’s expo features more than 350 of the industry’s leading manufacturers, dealers and distributors, showcasing all the latest off-road toys, technologies, parts, gear and accessories. Many of these manufacturers are on-site to demonstrate and educate attendees on all the latest vehicles and accessories.
In addition to trucks, Jeeps, rock crawlers, UTVs, ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, sand rails, as well as parts and accessories on display, the expo offered autograph sessions today with some of the hottest and most historic stars of off-road motorsports such as BJ Baldwin, Rod Hall, Ivan “Ironman” Stewart, and Brian Deegan.
Sunday will be just as much fun, with more racing action, autograph sessions with SCORE off-road racing and Ultra4 King of The Hammer drivers, and we will be back to check it all out. So stay tuned for another full wrap-up report on the Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire, Sunday October 6, 2013. For full show times and details, go to www.OffRoadExpo.com.
