Holley/MSD is pleased to announce the expansion of their Hooker BlackHeart exhaust line with new products designed specifically for Jeep vehicles.

Stainless steel BlackHeart shorty headers for the 2007-11 Jeep Wrangler JK deliver more than 10 extra horsepower and 11 foot-pounds of torque for 3.8L V6 engines. Tuned-length 1-1/2” primary tubes create increased exhaust flow, improved throttle response and a broader torque curve. Made from heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel, these shorty headers feature true mitered-merge collectors designed to maximize exhaust velocity and scavenging. They come with premium header gaskets and double-layered ACCEL fiberglass spark plug boot insulators and are a 100% bolt-on upgrade with absolutely no cutting or fabrication required.

BlackHeart axle-back and cat-back exhaust systems for 2007-16 Jeep Wrangler JKs are made of stainless steel for maximum strength and durability. These lightweight 2.5″ systems are engineered to work with a stock Y-pipe or the optional BlackHeart Y-Pipe Relocation Kit (P/N 70505403-RHKR). They’re designed specifically for 3.8L/3.6L engines and feature a high-flow stainless steel muffler for optimum performance with no drone and angle-cut, turn-down exhaust tips for maximum ground clearance.

BlackHeart cat-back exhaust systems for 4.0L 6-cylinder 1997-06 Jeep Wrangler TJs are a direct bolt-on replacement. These 2.5” exhaust systems are made of lightweight 18-gauge stainless steel for maximum strength and durability and come complete with a high-flow 304 stainless muffler for optimum performance with no drone. Angle-cut, turn-down exhaust tip ensure optimum ground clearance, and the tube geometry guarantees a fast, hassle-free installation.

For 1991-2001 Cherokee XJs with 4.0L engines, 2.5-inch Hooker BlackHeart cat-back exhaust systems deliver perfect fitment and maximum performance. Available as a direct bolt-on replacement, these high-clearance cat-back designs are made of durable, corrosion-resistant 18-gauge stainless steel. They feature a high-flow stainless muffler for optimum performance with no drone. Angle-cut, turn-down exhaust tips and high-tuck fitment make for maximum ground clearance, improving the vehicle’s departure angle in off-road environments.
