With the help of Mopar and Falken Tire, Jessi Combs, who at the date of this report holds the title of “the fastest woman alive” will be racing a Jeep Wrangler-bodied, full-tube chassis race vehicle built with all the goodies, including a HEMI under the hood and Falken 37-inch tires on the ends of the axles.
Combs will be competing in the Falken rig for every West Coast Ultra4 race in 2014. While it may not be the 392.954 MPH she reached in the North American Eagle land speed car, she did impress everyone at the 2014 King Of the Hammers Smittybilt Every Man Challenge race in Johnson Valley, California, February 6, with her first win in the Spec 4700 Class.
Jessi Combs entered the record books by becoming the fastest woman alive, traveling more than 392 MPH in the North American Eagle land speed car.
“We’ve seen Jessi compete and the pure driving skills she brings to the table are absolutely amazing,” stated Nestor Cabrera, Falken Tire’s Offroad Supervisor. “Her training, experience and knowing how to set the car up will be the keys to her and Falken’s mutual success.” Definitely a leading lady of the automotive aftermarket world, Jessi Combs is carving out her place in the world.
