The Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series (LOORRS) is heading to Glen Helen Raceway July 18-19 for some racing under the lights. This is the third time that the series will be in Southern California, and once more in October to finish off the season.
Kyle Leduc looks to extend his win streak to 9 in Pro 4. Rob MacCachren has been hot on his tail all year and wants to dethrone last years Champion. Also in the mix in Pro 4 will be Bryce Menzies looking to get atop the podium, while Brian Deegan looks to get his first career win in the class.
Pro 2 has even closer points battle with no clear driver pulling ahead of the others. Bryce Menzies, Rob MacCachren, Brian Deegan and Jeremy McGrath can all take the points lead in the second half of the season.
Both Bryce Menzies and Jeremy McGrath are coming off wins from rounds 7 and 8, look to keep the highly competitive field of drivers seeing tail lights. The close racing that took place last month in Utah will continue at Glen Helen as these 900 horsepower trucks tear up the track.
The racing in the Pro Lites has been just as close as Pro 2 with Brad Debertti, Jerett Brooks, RJ Anderson, Sheldon Creed, and Casey Currie all in the mix. Anything can happen in Pro Lites with a field that is twice as big as Pro 2 and Pro 4.
The points championship is far from being decided, with all the classes up for grabs and time running out on the season drivers will be doing anything they can to get as many points as possible. Come out to Glen Helen Raceway to see all the action.
