1L6A0333Off-roading is more than just driving down a dirt trail or putting your jeep into four-wheel drive to make it over some obstacles. It’s all about the adventure. That adventure happens whether you take your Jeep down some crazy trail and end up spending half the time winching or if you are spending days out in the wild exploring areas that most people will never see.

So, when we walked by Synergy Manufacturing’s booth at the SEMA Show, we had to see what they had in store. This year they were displaying their “full bathroom in a bucket.” The kit comes with wag bags, toilet seat and lid and heated shower in a five gallon bucket.

The heated shower uses your engine’s coolant to heat the shower water via a heat exchanger that can be mounted almost anywhere. Systems like this can be adapted to almost any liquid cooled engine. So, rock buggies, Jeeps, trucks, you name it, as long as it is utilizing water cooling for the engine, then heated water can be had.

1L6A0331In addition to the bathroom in a bucket, Synergy was showing off their new air bump stop kits for Jeep JKs. The front bump stop slides inside of a factory hole in the spring bucket and then brackets are welded to the bucket to help distribute the forces when the axle engages the bump stop. In the rear, the assembly is welded to the frame above the axle. These air bump stops provide a soft way of limiting the upward mobility of the axle without jarring everything as the suspension reaches full compression.
