We all want to stay out on the trail longer. Napier Outdoors is making that easier with a line of vehicle-based tents to help you explore more. “We want to merge the automotive and camping industries together, to make camping an easier experience.” This is how Grace Farinacci of Napier outdoors, describes the drive behind this new line of tents. Off Road Xtreme is here to take a closer look at the latest in the lineup, the Sportz Truck Tent.

Napier Outdoors Sportz Truck Tent
Coming in at an affordable price point, the tents are packed with some pretty useful features to make your overnight stay, wherever you are, more comfortable. Our favorite feature is the rear access window, giving you a connection to the cab for shorter power runs and more storage. The Sportz Truck Tent also includes a spacious awning for additional shade and weather protection.
Set up is easy with color-coded poles, and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. When it’s time to get back to the trail, the system fits into the included compact soft case. With five sizes available to fit a variety of vehicles, this is a great budget-friendly solution for trucks without a bed rack.
Napier also has options for traditional rooftop tent (RTT) solutions perfect for vehicles with rack systems already in place. These RTTs can be deployed in about five minutes. They also feature all the standard conveniences like a built-in foam mattress for added comfort. If you choose to explore in an SUV don’t worry. Napier’s backroads line of tents is designed to be compatible and attaches to the rear hatch of most models.
