The SEMA Show is a sea of shiny cars and trucks. On occasion you might come across a filthy mud ridden off-roader. From far away and across the hall, I spotted a muddy monster Can-Am Maverick in the Borla Exhaust booth. Upon closer inspection, I noted a prominent 43 logo and a larger Hoonigan decal indicating it likely belonged to Ken Block.
Off Road Xtreme contacted Tracie Percell, Borla’s Motorsports Manager, to have her walk us through the Can-Am upgraded exhaust system. For the Maverick SxS, Borla offers ATAK and Type S exhaust packages.
Besides the beefy looking Borla Exhaust package, the Maverick X3 XRS was fully upgraded front to back. Most prominently, we noticed the UTV was decked out with S3 Powersports front and rear suspension, S3 Powersports Bumper and skid plate, Toyo Open Country Tires, Fuel Wheels, Off-Road LED Lights, and huge Fox Racing Shocks.
On the wall display was the very intricate looking Borla Exhaust system for the new Jeep Wrangler 392 V8. The quad tip tip exhaust package featured a durable black finish that would compliment the modern 4×4. The Jeep exhaust system is available in three different tones. These units come with an impressive million mile warranty. They also have complete tuned exhaust systems for the Jeep 3.6L V6 and 2.0L Turbo.
