This 2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty arrived at SDHQ Motorsports with a clear mission immediately after rolling off the lot. A customer brought in his brand-new Ford because he shared the shop’s belief that factory stock just does not cut it. The team wasted no time pulling the truck into the bay to begin a total transformation. They aimed to turn this fresh pickup into a capable rig that performs just as well off the road as it does on the highway.

Dialing In The Ride Quality
The technicians started underneath the truck by installing a Carli Suspension 3.5-inch leveling height E-Venture system. This setup relies on SDI E-Click shocks as the core component to deliver a ride that adapts to changing terrain. The build includes Carli’s torsion sway bar and steering stabilizers to keep the front end planted. Fabricated radius arms and a progressive Add-a-Pack in the rear round out the upgrades. This new height provided clearance to fit aggressive 37-inch Toyo MT tires wrapped around 17-inch Innov8 Racing wheels.

Utility For The Super Duty
Range and towing capacity remained top priorities. The crew swapped the standard fuel tank for a Transfer Flow extended-range midship tank to keep the truck on the road longer between stops. Towing duties are handled by SDHQ Built Long-Travel Airbags, which allow for full suspension articulation, unlike traditional bags. These connect to a VIAIR compressor system that the team mounted cleanly above the spare tire.

Utility For The 2024 F-250 Supercharged Monster
Visibility got a massive upgrade starting at the front bumper, where Baja Designs LP6 lights sit on a bull bar. The factory fog lights were replaced with SAE sport fog lights for better street-legal output. XL80s mounted on A-pillar mounts provide additional light for trail runs. Under the hood lies the biggest change of all. The 7.3-liter Godzilla gas engine received a Whipple supercharger to force-feed air into the motor.

A Complete Super Duty Package
This project showcases exactly what is possible when you combine the right aftermarket parts with a clear plan. The result is a truck that handles daily driving and heavy towing without compromising on off-road capability. SDHQ Motorsports successfully turned a standard pickup into a 2024 F-250 Supercharged Monster that is ready for any adventure.
