The first time we spotted this massive six-door 2025 Ford F-550 4×4, it was parked among a sea of other builds. Long and tall, it stood out like a ladder in a room full of step stools. Size alone wasn’t the only draw. From its winch-loaded front bumper to its purpose-built tray bed, this truck was clearly designed to do more than just look good. It’s a multifunctional beast. Naturally, we wanted the full story, so we reached out to the builder and got the lowdown.

Behind The Scenes Build Info
The truck was built by Adrenalin Industries, a Utah-based company known for crafting wild custom vehicles. Several builds live in the company’s portfolio, and this six-door goes by the name Overkill Judgement. It takes everything Adrenalin offers in its Overkill vehicles and pushes it further with a full six-door conversion. As you’d expect, nothing about a build like this is quick or easy.
The project started with a 2025 Ford F-550 Chassis Cab Crew Cab 4×4 powered by the 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel. The chassis was sliced in half and stretched with three feet of added framerail to accommodate the longer cab. That extra length meant reworking a long list of supporting components, including wiring, brake lines, and the rear driveshaft.

The cab was created by combining the original F-550 Crew Cab with a second donor Crew Cab. The factory cab was cut in half, and portions of the donor cab were grafted in place. The donor’s front doors were heavily reworked and now serve as the truck’s middle doors. Adrenalin reports that more than 650 hours went into building the six-door cab alone. In the finished cab, the original second-row seats now serve as the third row, while a Super Duty front bench seat makes up the second row. Using front-row seating in that position adds recline capability and lumbar support, boosting comfort for passengers.
43s, 10-Inch-Wide Wheels, Tire Pressure Control
Overkill Judgment rolls on 365/80R20 Michelin X Force ZL tires with a diameter of about 43 inches. They’re mounted on 10-inch-wide DBL Design one-piece wheels. The truck includes an onboard STIS inflation and deflation system. It features an air tank fed by a pair of Viair compressors. Additionally, the truck has a system that monitors tire pressure and temperature.

Five Ride Heights
The massive 43-inch tires cycle freely thanks in part to a Liquid Spring suspension system. The five-link setup uses onboard electronics to monitor speed, braking, steering input, and road conditions in real time, relying on a proprietary compressible fluid as the spring medium. Adrenalin notes that Overkill Judgment’s suspension delivers five selectable ride heights with up to 10 inches of adjustment, along with three performance modes. Here’s the kicker: Adrenalin says the truck rides like a 1/2-ton pickup.
Custom Tray Bed, Slide-In Camper Compatibility
The truck’s utility tray bed was designed and built in-house by Adrenalin and is already proven across multiple applications. The goal was simple: create a purpose-built unit that works hard while staying trail ready. The aluminum bed rides on a steel subframe and packs serious functionality, including extensive storage, a covered gooseneck hitch, and a strong departure angle. L-Track rails make securing cargo easy, and the bed is designed to accept a slide-in camper. Best of all, Adrenalin notes the truck still retains its factory towing specs.
More Mods
Other features of the truck include a Bodyguard front bumper paired with a COMEUP 20,000-pound-capacity winch, DBL front fender flares, and modified Amp Research retractable steps. Additionally, the truck features a PSC Big Bore hydraulic-assist steering system, an Edge engine tuner, and a slew of Rigid Industries LED lighting.

The Price Tag
How much for this awesomeness? Well, $300K buys a lot of truck, and in this case, it buys Overkill Judgment.
