Ladies and gentlemen, we are only a couple short days away from the start of the 2015 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. Taking place this Friday and Saturday night (March 20-21) at the Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park in Lake Elsinore, California, the 2015 LOORRS season is going to kick off in epic fashion under the lights. This season is shaping up to be an amazing battle in all of the Kart and Pro classes. Of the Pro classes, the Pro 2 class easily has the most hype being built up for the 2015 season due to two names; MacCachren and Deegan. Both Rob Mac and Brian Deegan share sponsors, share brand choice (Ford), and have effectively dominated the Pro 2 division in recent history swapping the championship crown back and forth between the two. With the Pro 2 class being the holy-grail of LOORRS and easily having the most competitive field, it’s amazing that two drivers have been able to separate themselves from the rest of the pack.
With the depth of the field, the sheer number of drivers, and these two drivers who refuse to lose, the 2015 season in Pro 2 and the rest of the classes for that matter, is shaping up to be one for the ages.
