The hunt for the perfect, most adaptable off-road light just got more interesting. Rigid Industries is using the 2025 SEMA Show to pull the covers off its Phoenix Series Lights, a new high-output lineup engineered from the ground up to give drivers maximum control over their illumination.

Phoenix Series Lights Options
The main feature grabbing everyone’s attention is the new five-mode color system. For the first time in a high-performance light from Rigid, drivers can flick a switch and change the light temperature from a cool white (great for clear nights) to an amber beam (perfect for cutting through dust, fog, or snow). This is a huge deal for adapting to trail conditions. On top of that, the lights also have three selectable power settings, letting users control the brightness and, crucially, the electrical draw.

The New Phoenix Lineup
The new series will launch with three main options. First is the 5-inch Phoenix pod, which produces up to 10,167 lumens, followed by the larger 7-inch Phoenix XL pod, which pumps out an impressive 14,290 lumens. For those needing a light bar, the modular Phoenix Connect system links multiple 5-inch Phoenix pods into pre-wired 30-, 40-, or 50-inch configurations. All models come as a spot beam but have optional drive and combo lenses available.

A New Philosophy On Control
This new lineup represents a major step for Rigid. Company President Andy Kroll said, “The Phoenix Series represents the next evolution of Rigid performance. From beam patterns to light output to color, we’ve designed Phoenix to give drivers the freedom to adapt instantly to their environment without missing a beat. We’re excited to release this new series of lights at the 2025 SEMA Show and can’t wait to see how the community utilizes these lights on their rigs.”

Built Tough And Available Soon
This isn’t just a concept. Each light is built with high-grade materials and backed by Rigid’s well-known warranty, ensuring they can take the abuse of extreme conditions. SEMA attendees can see the full lineup in the West Hall right now (Booth # 58175). For everyone else, the new Phoenix Series Lights are scheduled to be available to consumers in early 2026, offering a powerful and flexible new option for off-roaders who need their gear to adapt as fast as they do.
