With the success of our 1969 F-100 Project F-Word on FordMuscle.com recently we decided it was time to build a 4×4 version but one that could fit Ivans’s entire family. Ivan’s F-100 project was small and couldn’t fit his dogs & wife, so this crew cab will have room for everyone.
In 2023 and beyond, Off Road Xtreme and Ivan are taking a 1978 Ford F-250 Crew Cab and transforming it into his version of a modern-day Ford SuperDuty truck. We plan to build a classic off-roading rig with a modern driveline & suspension that can take you just about anywhere. We sourced a 2013 F-250 SuperDuty 4×4 parts truck to use all of the suspension, steering & brake parts. This adds up to classic styling with modern performance. Our current content plan has approximately 20 pieces of content scheduled over the course of several years.
